We are able to:

• Provide training on the PPPR Act to individuals and teams
• Provide general advice in terms of the PPPR Act 1988
• Consent to the appointment as Property Manager
• Consent to appointments as Welfare Guardian
• Meet with families to discuss the PPPR processes that will be required for their loved ones

In most cases our role is to provide support to social workers by consenting to be appointed as Property Manager. We work closely with a team of specialist lawyers, and can assist them in drafting the necessary documents. The cost is as per our fees and charges guide, external outlays.
