Your role as a property manager
We are offering a workshop for Court Appointed Property Managers who would like to better understand their role.
Our workshop would cover:
- Your responsibility as a Property Manager
- The types of statements you are required to submit to the Courts (the statutory requirements)
- What you need to supply to external organisations to have your authority recorded against your client’s or family members property such as bank accounts; utilities etc…
This is a one-hour workshop which will be held in Auckland or via TEAMS if you are not in Auckland.
The cost to attend is currently $270+GST per person.
