Your role as a property manager

We are offering a workshop for Court Appointed Property Managers who would like to better understand their role. 

 

Our workshop would cover:

  1. Your responsibility as a Property Manager
  2. The types of statements you are required to submit to the Courts (the statutory requirements)
  3. What you need to supply to external organisations to have your authority recorded against your client’s or family members property such as bank accounts; utilities etc…

This is a one-hour workshop which will be held in Auckland or via TEAMS if you are not in Auckland.

The cost to attend is currently $270+GST per person.
